Healthy Meal

                        In this blogger I'm going to be telling you about a healthy meal I will be making in my house. In this meal I will show you a healthy dish of food a healthy drink and healthy dessert. This salad has about 180 calories and has 0 fat.
The fist thing I'm going to tell you how to do is to make a healthy dish called, ''Greek Salad.'' These are the ingredients you will need to make this Greek salad.

       1 head romaine lettuce- rinsed, dried and chopped                                                                     
        1 red onion, thinly slices
        1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olive
        2 large tomatoes, chopped
        1 green bell pepper, chopped  
        1 red bell peppers
        1 cucumber, sliced
        1 cup crumbled feta cheese         6 tablespoons olive oil
        1 teaspoon dried oregano
        1 lemon, juice
       And ground black peppers

                                       Directions  for Greek salad                                                
1. In a large salad bowl, combine the Romaine, onion, olives, bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumber and cheese. 
2. Whisk together the olive oil, oregano, lemon juice and black pepper. Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve.

 Now I'm going to talk about the drink that I'm going to use this meal. The drink that I'm going
to use is a water because water is the most healthy drink. This drink has 0 calories 0 fat.
 
                                                                     
                                                                      Dessert
Now I'm going to tell you on how to make a vanilla ice cream. These are the ingredients you are going to use to make this vanilla ice cream. 137 calories and 7 of fat.
                                                                              

                                                            Ingredients

       2 1/4 cups milk                                   
       1 cup heavy whipping cream
       3/4 cup white sugar                 
       2 teaspoons vanilla extract
 
                                                                      Instructions

  1. Stir sugar, cream, and milk into a saucepan over low heat until sugar has dissolved. Heat just until mix is hot and a small ring of foam appears around the edge.
  2. Transfer cream mixture to a pourable container such as a large measuring cup. Stir in vanilla extract and chill mix thoroughly, at least 2 hours. (Overnight is best.)
  3. Pour cold ice cream mix into an ice cream maker, turn on the machine, and churn according to manufacturer's directions, 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. When ice cream is softly frozen, serve immediately or place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the ice cream and place in freezer to ripen, 2 to 3 hours.

coat of arms

Coat of Arms

In this blogger im going to be telling you about coat of arms. I'm also going to show you the things I added to my coat of arms when I created it. To learn more about coat of arms of where I got my information from to create my coat of arms click on webpage.
Now Im going to tell you about the meaning of the symbols that I chose for my coat. The first thing I chose for my coat of arms was a bull. The bull means bravery,  generosity, fortitude, and strength.
The second thing I chose for my coat of arms was the red cross it means faith and protection.


 The third thing I added was a black background. This means grief and resistance.


 Then at the I put them all together and this is what I got.



 as you can see this has been my coat of arms blog.



       Reflection blog    

             In this blog I'm going to tell you who I thought had the most impact I'm the early modern times. I'm also going to tell you or give you some evidence from the article we read.
My thoughts on the blog was that the best article or person that did the most impact in the early modern world was voyage of Columbus. I think that he mad the most impact because he explored and made a map of every where he went. He also named the lands he went to. Now I'm going to give you some examples of evidence from the text. On the first page it said," As Columbus traveled along the route of southern Cuba another island was spotted and was named Dominica but no valuable items were brought home." Another textual evidence was when he said," For Columbus Hie third expedition on may 30, 1498 Columbus and his crew sailed further south and found the mainland America." One more textual evidence is when it says, " Later on the voyage Columbus later spotted a Caribbean island and named it San Salvador."
So as you can see I have told you my thoughts on which person did the most impact on the early modern times and evidence.

American Revolution

In this blogger I'm going to tell you how the American Revolution started. In this blogger I'm going to tell you when, where and why this war started.
At 5 a.m., 700 British troops, had a  mission to capture Patriot leaders and seize a Patriot arsenal, march into Lexington found to find 77 army under Captain John Parker waiting for them on the town’s common green. British Major John Pitcairn ordered the outnumbered Patriots to disperse, and after a moment’s hesitation the Americans began to drift off the green. Suddenly, the “shot heard around the world” was fired from an undetermined gun, and a cloud of musket smoke soon covered the green. When the brief Battle of Lexington ended, eight Americans lay dead or dying and 10 others were wounded. Only one British soldier was injured, but the American Revolution began.

Super Size Me

Super Size Me

In this blogger I'm going to give you my opinions of what I thought  of Super Size Me.
 I'm going tell you my thoughts about fast food. I think that fast food is taste good but their is a lot of calories in fast food. Now I'm going to tell you is how much I eat it. I eat it once a week because their is always food at my house. This movie changed my view of fast food because now I want to eat less
 fast food and be more healthy

This movie also changed my view of my eating habitat because now instead of buying chips or other things I want something healthy. When people go to places with fast food its some times because its the closest thing around to eat but when you go their all what they have is all food with lots of sugar or calories and their is nothing healthy on the menu.
Even though they have done experiments and have proved with evidence that fast food is bad for people some people still prefer to eat fast food because they eat it and have to again because they get obsessed with fast food. Also the problem with people is that they blame the fast food places such as Jack in the box, Taco bell and other places for having to much sugar or calories or other reasons but the real problem is that the people have the option to choose the between healthy or fast food no one forces them to eat fast food they chose to eat fast food.

Skateboard's 


Today I'm going to be talking about skateboards and longboards. The first thing I'm going to talk about is which  board do you prefer the longboards or skateboards. Some of the features that the skateboard has is that you can do more tricks and their are more brands and more designs. The features that the longboards have it that they ride really smooth because of the wheels and the have all types of sizes. Some of the bad things about skateboards is that they break faster than the longboards and don't ride as smooth as the longboard. Some of the bad things of the longboards are that you cant do as many tricks as you can do on the skateboard.

now I'm going to talk about the wheels.Thier are also size for you skate board and longboard.For the longboard you could get the rubber wheels and for the skateboard the regular wheels. 
Now what you are going to need are something called bearings Thea bearings go in the middle of the wheel to make it spin.any bearings are good on both.
